A 16-year-old boy has become the third person arrested after a man was shot dead in Shepherd's Bush .

The boy was arrested on Sunday (October 30) on suspicion of the murder of Ionut Lazar , at an address in Askew Road on October 22, before he was released on bail until a date in early December.

Officers were called to the address at around 2.40am by London Ambulance Service (LAS), who found the 28-year-old victim suffering from a chest wound and pronounced him dead at the scene .

On Thursday (October 27) Hanad Mohamed, of Parlaut Road, Slough, was charged with the murder of Mr Lazar.

The 18-year-old was also charged with one count of robbery on a second male, which was committed on the same day.

He appeared at the Old Bailey on Monday (October 31).

A 17-year-old boy was arrested in west London on Thursday (October 27) on suspicion of murder, but he was released with no further action.

Officers said enquiries are ongoing.
