The body of a woman whose car was discovered abandoned at Beachy Head has been found by police.
PR worker Suzannah Jane Brown, from Chiswick , was found on Thursday morning (October 19).
Fears had grown over the wellbeing of the 28-year-old after her car was found abandoned at Beachy Head .
Sussex Police said a body was recovered from the sea and confirmed it to be Miss Brown, the Mirror reports .
The PR worker was reported missing from her home in Chiswick before her car was found abandoned on Wednesday (October 18) night.
Police later confirmed that search teams scouring the area found her body the following morning.
Miss Brown studied at the University of Sussex in Brighton, just 20 miles west of where Sussex Police officers discovered her car.
A Sussex Police spokeswoman said: “A body recovered from the water at Beachy Head , Eastbourne, on Thursday morning has been identified as that of Suzannah Brown, 28, from London.
“She had been reported missing on Wednesday night.
“Her family have been informed and the coroner’s officer is dealing with the incident.
“The death is not being treated as suspicious.”
Two lifeboats, an all weather lifeboat and an inshore lifeboat from Eastbourne took part in the search alongside three search teams from Eastbourne, Birling Gap and Newhaven.
However, the search was hampered due to think fog.
Miss Brown started working as a senior account manager looking after consumer brands at Grayling, whose clients include Hilton hotels, earlier this year.
