A beautiful cat has been missing from his "heartbroken" owner for a week, and your help is needed.

Marvin went missing from Arliss Way, in Northolt, on April 11 at around 4.30pm and it is unlike him to leave the street for more than an hour.

His owner Jo Flynn said: "I'm very worried he is either trapped somewhere, lost or hurt.

"He is a very friendly boy, but may behave out of character if he is frightened, hurt or scared.

"Please can you keep an eye out for him in case he is brought into one of your shelters or cat homes."

Marvin the cat is 7kg, all black - but looks dark brown in the sun - with a few white hairs on his chest.

When stood up or walking, his back end sits slightly higher than his front, his tail is broken in a couple of places at the tip, he is neutered and microchipped.
