One part of television's most famous presenting duos Ant and Dec had a run-in with the police at Brentford FC over the weekend.

But it's not what you think.

Reality television and gameshow host, Anthony McPartlin, better known as Ant, was among the crowds watching the Brentford match on Saturday (January 14).

Hounslow chief inspector Wayne Matthews caught up with the star, who is a Hounslow borough resident, after the game.

He quizzed him about the match and the pair laughed over whether he would be torn between supporting Brentford and Newcastle when they face each other in the Championship.

Ant talked about the match, playing on the pitch with friends and his next venture as he prepares for latest series of Britain's Got Talent

Speaking after the match, Ant said: "I had a great time. We won. We got away with it in the end I think. So, I'm very happy, yeh."
