A YOUNG man is in a stable condition after being stabbed in Martindale Road, Hounslow West, just yards from a primary school.
The man, in his 20s, was stabbed near the junction with Beavers Lane, close to Hounslow Heath Infant & Nursery School, at about 2pm today.
Police remain at the scene and the road is closed.
No one has been arrested but a police spokesman said there was a 'steady stream' of intelligence'.
Police refused to confirm the boy's age or comment on how serious his wounds were.
