The Kensington and Chelsea Tenant Management Organisation caretaker of the World's End Estate in Chelsea has been charged with voyeurism and indecent exposure.

Joshua Rowe, who is also known as Jimmy, was charged with the two sexual offences at Notting Hill Police station on Tuesday.

The voyeurism offence is alleged to have occurred in west Chelsea, between September 11 and November 6 last year. The exposure offence is alleged to have occurred in west Chelsea, on November 28 last year. The charges follow an investigation by detectives from Operation Sapphire - which deals with sexual offences.

Mr Rowe, 46, is an employee of the Kensington and Chelsea Tenant Management Organisation (TMO). He is currently suspended from work.

He was bailed to an address in Streatham, before an appearance at West London Magistrates' Court in Talgarth Road, Hammersmith, on Thursday, February 5. Part of his bail condition is that he does not enter the World's End Estate, in King's Road, Chelsea.
