A woman was treated for smoke inhalation after fleeing a house fire in Isleworth this morning.
London Fire Brigade was called to the blaze in Kennet Road, Isleworth, at 10.39am.
Four fire engines attended the scene, where 20 firefighters from Twickenham, Feltham and Southall fire stations spent just over an hour battling the flames before bringing it under control at 11.42am.
The fire brigade said a woman had left the house before firefighters arrived, and she was treated by the London Ambulance Service.
The cause of the fire, which significantly damaged the first floor and part of the roof of the house, is under investigation.
