BOXING star Hannah Beharry didn’t pull any punches when she visited Brentside High School to inspire students and talk about the positive influence of sport on young people.

Hannah, now 23, was 17 years old when she turned her back on a life of crime and became a boxer, with the goal of one day representing her country in major sporting events.

Student Jordan Spencer, 20, said: “Hannah motivated me to reflect on myself and make sure I always have a goal. I was inspired as she broke boundaries by becoming a woman boxer. I feel that I now can do anything.”
