THE evidence about the benefits of a healthy diet has never been stronger.

But sometimes people think you have to sacrifice taste to eat healthily. Research shows a third of the most common cancers can be prevented by eating a healthy diet, being physically active and maintaining a healthy

weight. But this doesn't have to mean totally changing your lifestyle; even making small changes can make a difference.

This is why World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) has teamed up with Michelin starred chef Chris Horridge to produce a new healthy cooking booklet. Healthy Home Cooking is full of everyday family favourites such as spaghetti bolognese and lasagne that Chris has given a delicious healthy twist.

The result is recipes that are low in salt and fat and full of healthy fruits and vegetables, as well as being easy to cook at home.

We think this booklet is all the proof you need that healthy cooking can taste fantastic.

To prove it we are giving away a free copy of the booklet to the first 100 readers who call 020 7343 4205 and quote 'media'.
