It's safe to say there's been a fierce battle on social media between party leaders ahead of the General Election - especially Theresa May and Jeremy Corbyn.

Voters will be heading to the polling booths on Thursday (June 8) to cast their vote, but it hasn't stopped bookies from issuing odds and predictions.

Predicting who the best man - or woman - is for the PM job ahead of the election is hot topic at the moment.

Although the polls have shifted dramatically in recent weeks, bookies still remain confident that we will wake on Friday to find Conservatives have come out on top.

However, according to the Independent , Lee Price from Paddy Power reports an 84 per cent bet count on Labour-related selections during the course of the campaign.

Bets show Corbyn isn't just a man of the people, he's the man all the punters are counting on, as Paddy Power says the most popular bet has been on him being PM after the election.
