A WEMBLEY man has denied having child pornography stashed on his computer and will stand trial in the summer.
Michael Nightingale, 51, of Brent Way, entered not guilty pleas to 14 counts at Harrow Crown Court on Monday, all of them possession of indecent photographs or pseudo-photograph of children at his home on June 23 2011.
In nine cases, the alleged images were classed as level four, the second highest of the Sentencing Advisory Panel's five-tiered scale of severity of child pornography.
Two charges concern pictures of level two and three - including one charge relating to a total of 49 photographs - were level one.
Nightingale's unconditional bail was continued until his two-day trial on June 6 back at the same court.
The following clarification was added on August 21 2018: Please note Michael Nightingale was found NOT GUILTY of all charges. For coverage of his acquittal, please click here.
