POLICE have released wedding pictures found on a stolen iPod Nano in a bid to return the device to its owners.

The silver gizmo was recovered by Hillingdon Police but they believe it may have been stolen from a home in Hounslow some time between last December and March 28 this year.

The gadget, which contained a number of wedding photos, was discovered along with some valuable jewellery thought to belong to the same person.

Detective Sergeant Charlie Cairns, of Hillingdon Police, said: "It is important we reunite stolen items with their rightful owner as, particularly in this case, it is likely to have sentimental value. We have arrested a number of individuals and our investigation continues. Any assistance from the public would be greatly appreciated."

If you had an iPod Nano stolen which had these images stored or if you know whose wedding this was, please call DS Cairns on 020 8246 1417 or email charlie.cairns@met.pnn.police.uk.
