Fulham schools are continuing to be disrupted today (Tuesday) as the knock-on effects from the Icelandic volcano show no sign of abating.

Fulham Cross school is still closed to all pupils except those in years 10 and 11 as it continues to be without a number of staff, who are still stranded in various holiday destinations because of the air space restrictions.

And now Henry Compton has decided to send home year 9 pupils, as it too struggles to operate to a full timetable. Latest reports say a further ash cloud is heading to the UK, as Eyjafjallajokull continues to erupt.
