A town centre pub is preparing to reopen tomorrow (Friday, November 21) following a £150,000 refurbishment.
The Slug and Lettuce, in High Street, Uxbridge, closed on Thursday last week for new furnishings to be fitted.
To mark its reopening, it will hold a VIP launch party tomorrow from 5pm, featuring DJs, fire acts and showgirls.
General manager Lucy Hopkins said: “The timing for our refurbishment could not be better, with the Christmas party season just around the corner and the recent launch of our new menu.
“The bar will look spectacular with new décor and a touch of glamour.”
The venue is owned by Stonegate Pub Company, which operates 614 pubs across the UK.
