Two men accused of killing a father-of-five in a row outside his Uxbridge home denied manslaughter at the Old Bailey today (Monday, December 22).

Harkitan Singh Tiwana, 55, and Bikram Multani, 30, allegedly assaulted 42 year-old tour operator Rakesh Desoura on Thursday, September 18.

Mr Desoura, known as George, collapsed and died at his home in Ryfield Avenue, Uxbridge, just over an hour later.

Tiwana, a building site labourer, appeared in the dock while Multani appeared by video link from jail for a short case management hearing.

Both men denied a single charge of manslaughter.

Judge John Bevan QC set the trial for Monday, March 9, 2015.

Multani, of Dudley Road, Southall, was remanded in custody, while Tiwana, of Appletree Avenue, Uxbridge, is on conditional bail.
