I CANNOT believe the utter cheek of the Conservatives for presuming they don't need to put the ground work in before a general election campaign.
The arrogance of the Conservative party astounds me. Other political parties have been getting out and hearing what potential voters think for the last two years, yet the Tories sit on their laurels until the very last minute.
If it is a tactical move, I'm afraid it's not working. Conservative HQ might be working overtime to get their message out, but the Tories in Brent North have failed to let voters know what they will do for them.
There may be a national swing towards the Tories, although that's looking less likely by the day, but their presence won't be felt in Brent North if they don't pick a candidate soon.
