A mystery lottery player who bought a ticket somewhere in Hammersmith and Fulham has won £1 million – but has still not claimed the prize more than two weeks after the draw.

Players are being urged to check their tickets to find out if they are the lucky winner of the EuroMillions 'millionaire raffle' on August 6.

For each line of numbers chosen in the EuroMillions draw, players are also given a selection code with free entry into the raffle, and the winning ticket has the code FVJ384492.

If the winner does not claim the £1m prize by 5.30pm on Wednesday, February 2, 2011, it will go to the National Lottery's good causes fund.

A National Lottery spokesman said: "We’re desperate to find this mystery ticket-holder and unite them with their winnings – this amazing prize could really make a huge difference to somebody's life.

"We're urging everyone to check their old EuroMillions tickets again or look anywhere a missing ticket could be hiding so that this prize can turn someone into the newest member of the lottery millionaire club. Try checking in the pockets of clothing, in wallets, bags and down the back of the sofa."

Anyone who believes they have the winning ticket should call the lottery hotline on 0845 910 0000.
