TWO teenage boys from Ruislip will face trial in May charged with robbing a minicab driver in Uxbridge.

Connor Mitchell, 18, of Queens Walk, Ruislip, and a 17-year-old also from Ruislip who cannot be named because of his age, will stand trial in May.

They are charged with robbing a cab driver at Park Road, Uxbridge, on November 12, stealing £200, a sat nav, and a car key. Both appeared at Uxbridge Magistrates Court on Thursday, and deny all charges.

They will next appear at Uxbridge Magistrates Court on Thursday May 26.

Both boys were bailed, on conditions that they do not contact each other, and do not enter minicab offices anywhere in England or Wales.

In a separate incident this week, five teenagers were charged with attempted murder of a minicab driver in Ruislip following an attack in the early hours of Saturday morning (19).
