Ruislip Manor is a nightmare to drive through. In the last couple of weeks alone,I have been on the 114 [bus], with on one occasion a lorry trying to come down the High Street as our bus edged forward.
The second occasion an ambulance,lights and siren going - and it was very tricky for the motorists and the bus to let it through.
If the pavements, which are so wide,cannot be altered, my idea is that in the mornings, car parking could be on one side of the street only.
In the afternoons the opposite side of the road could accommodate parking.
Something needs to be sorted out. What do other readers think?
