DETECTIVES have released an e-fit of a man allegedly involved in the stabbing of a teenager.
A 17-year-old boy was set upon by two attackers and knifed near the Easy Hotel, in Brickfield Lane, Harlington, late on January 9.
He is now making a recovery.
It is believed that the victim, who was with a group of friends, was approached by the men who pushed him up against a fence before stabbing him.
The pair then ran towards High Street, Harlington.
Both suspects, which the victim says were both black, wore scarves around their faces, but the disguise had slipped down on one of them.
Detectives from Trident, the Met Police unit which specialises in gang violence, have now released an e-fit of a man they would like to speak to.
Detective Inspector Nick Mervin said: "This was a brutal attack and we are very keen to speak to anyone who may have information about this incident.
"I am appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the attack or saw the suspects running along Harlington High Street towards Bath Road to contact the police.
"I would like to offer reassurance to anyone who may be worried about contacting police that they will be treated with the utmost sensitivity."
If you recognise this man from the e-fit, call the incident room on 020 8785 8580.
Alternatively, call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
