A 40-YEAR-old Wembley man has been arrested in connection with indecent exposure on a northbound Metropolitan line Tube train travelling between Croxley Green and Watford.
Police officers continue to appeal for witnesses to the alleged incident on Wednesday, July 3, between 11pm and 11.30pm, to come forward.
