SURELY Councillor Jiwan Virk of Bedfont should do the decent thing and resign as a councillor after being fined for his illegal house conversion?

SURELY Councillor Jiwan Virk of Bedfont should do the decent thing and resign as a councillor after being fined for his illegal house conversion?

After all, how can he serve his residents properly and effectively when this is lingering over him giving local politics a bad name.
