PETER Silverman (Hillingdon Watch website) reveals the bogus nature of the Hillingdon First card scheme.

It is a commonplace of urban life that we wake in one borough, work in another, enjoy our leisure in another and shop and dump our rubbish in yet another.

This council should use its very limited talents to improve its poor overall performance, and abandon these absurd, imperial dreams based on fantasy frontiers.
