Two people had to be taken to hospital after three vehicles were involved in a collision outside Ealing Fire Station earlier today.

London Ambulance said it sent two crews to the scene following the crash, which took place at about 12.30pm.

A 67-year-old man was treated for chest pain and taken to St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington. Another man aged 48 was taken to Ealing Hospital where he was treated for neck and wrist pain.

Police have closed part of Uxbridge Road and traffic has slowed in both directions at the junction of Culmington Road. Several bus routes have been diverted and police are directing traffic.

More on this as we get it.
