The hunt is on to find Ealing’s next Model of the Year as this 2015’s competition is open for entries.

The Ealing Gazette and getwestlondon has teamed up with PearceScott Creations photographic studio to help launch modelling careers for the young people of Ealing.

There are three categories to enter: Tiny Models for five to 10-year-olds, Teen Model for those aged 11-15, and Top Models 16 plus, with no upper limit. Boys and girls are equally welcome.

Five finalists from each category will be chosen by the studio based on their competition shoot images and their character and personality.

The five finalists will then go through to the public vote on getwestlondon and Facebook page, Ealing Gazette and the photographic studio’s Facebook page.

Once the voting has ended they will be added together to reveal the 2015 Models of the year.

Last year’s Top Model of The Year was Jackie O’Neill, 28, from Greenford. She said: “The experience was great last year. I’ve done a lot of shoots since with the studio as well as some clothes modelling shoots and other freelance work.

"I’m a tattooed alternative model so it was great that I was chosen.

“It’s a real confidence and I would urge everybody to enter. It’s a lot of fun and if for nothing else it lovely to have had some professional shots of yourself taken to make you feel good about yourself.”

Each category winner will win the title of getwestlondon/PearceScott Creations Tiny/Teen/Top Model of the year 2015, three complimentary shoots at PearceScott Creations studio, £550 Worth of products including five digital images from each shoot and a portfolio at the end of the year, designed by Barbara PearceScott using a variety of images taken during the shoots.

Barbara Scott said: “Last year was a busy one for the winners. They all took part in the Hanwell carnival Parade and Ruby has been cover girl for all PearceScott Creations School Photography and enjoyed an end of summer shoot.

“Teen model winner Skye Fisher has been the face for our prom photography with her dress supplied by Bridal Affairs in Northolt. Skye and Top Model Jackie has modelled dresses for clothing company Retro Pussykatz.

"Jackie has also completed various shoots for the studio and is currently on our new pricelist and various products in the studio.”

To enter 2015 Model of The Year you must register by emailing Barbara@pscphoto.co.uk and have your competition shoot before Feb 28th.
