I WAS lucky enough on Tuesday to be invited to the Cadbury School Games, which was a great mixture of sport and fun for a large number of Hillingdon's primary schools.
Despite only recently moving to the borough, Cadbury's have provided a great example to many of us on how to get involved and make a real difference to the community we live and work in.
Hillingdon needs more partners like Cadbury's to get involved, get active and make a positive contribution to the community.
It's events like this which will inspire young people to participate in sport and keep fit in later life.
So well done to Cadbury's, and very well done to its army of volunteers who made the event happen for the second year in a row.
