I WAS shopping in Hounslow on Tuesday when I suddenly realised I had lost my purse.
I had been in quite a few shops, but remembered I had been in Bon Marché and tried on a coat in the changing room and my handbag had fallen off the seat. So I wondered whether my purse had fallen out.
I went back to Bon Marché and asked if a purse had been found and, much to my surprise, somebody had found it in the cubicle and handed it to the manageress.
I would like, through your paper, to thank this person for being so honest. I hope that whoever it was reads this paper. I just want to say a very big thank you and wish them a really happy, healthy Christmas, they certainly deserve it.
I would also like to express my thanks to the Bon Marché staff for being so kind.
