A SURGEON to the stars was found dead at his Ealing home, it has been announced today.

Graham Belham, 55, an orthopaedic surgeon whose patients included Heather Mills, was found dead at his home in Hills Mews on the morning of Friday March 5.

An inquest was opened and adjourned at Hillingdon Coroner's Court last Thursday and further inquiries into the cause of his death are still being made.

Dr Belham, who qualified in 1980, worked at the BMI Bishops Wood Hospital in Northwood. He was praised for his medical skill in the aftermath of the Watford rail crash in 1996.

A London Ambulance spokeswoman, said: "We were called just after 11am on Friday March 5 to an address at Hills Mews.

"We sent one fast response vehicle and two ambulance crews. Sadly, a man believed to be in his 50s was dead at the scene."
