ENGLAND cricket veteran Phil Tufnell paid a visit to Harmondsworth to promote a charity awareness day yesterday.

Specifically, he was at British Airways headquarters in Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, supporting UK charity 'Cricket For Change'.

It was part of an annual charity event to raise awareness among British Airways employees about the charities the company supports.

Also in attendance was television presenter Ben Shepherd, and along with Phil Tufnell, the pair spent the day signing autographs and posing for photos.

Mary Barry, British Airways community investment manager, said: "British Airways has a strong and established community investment programme, supporting over 50 charities worldwide.

"The day is an important reminder of all the hard work these charities undertake and how colleagues can support them further."
