I READ about TB increasing in the borough. It is very concerning.

I READ about TB increasing in the borough. It is very concerning.

I'm sure the number of people spitting on the ground cannot help. There should be notices telling people not to spit.

After all, we have lots of warnings about what to do about swine flu. We do not want an outbreak of out-of-control TB.
