A prolific criminal and crack addict who carried out two knife attacks, seven burglaries, five robberies and 24 other previously unsolved crimes has been locked up.

Alan Kennedy, 22, of Queensdale Crescent, Notting Hill, pleaded guilty two counts of robbery and breaking the terms of a community sentence at Blackfriars Crown Court on Friday and was given an indefinite sentence.
