Second power cut in Uxbridge

UXBRIDGE has suffered its second power cut in a week.

UXBRIDGE has suffered its second power cut in a week.

Power company Southern Electric said the black out was affecting the town and surrounding areas.

It said it was caused by a fault on the network and engineers were working to repair it.

A power cut on Thursday last week - also caused by a fault on the network - lasted up to eight hours for some properties.
