STUDENTS took a break from working hard to spend time monkeying around with a leading primatologist.
Jane Goodall visited ACS Hillingdon in Vine Lane, to talk to pupils about her work with chimpanzees and her education programme.
Accompanied by her life-sized toy, Jubilee, which she received from her father on her second birthday, she took part in a question and answer session with students and staff.
Rayan Asfari, 13, is a huge fan of Dr Goodall's work.
He said: "I have had a keen interest in animals since I was young and chimpanzees in particular interested me."When researching the subject, Jane Goodall's name came up and I have been a fan of her work ever since.
"When I am older I hope to follow in Jane's footsteps and become a primatologist."
