A teenager was taken to hospital after being stabbed in the leg in an alley off King Street in Hammersmith on Wednesday afternoon.

The boy, 15, was treated at the scene just after 4.30pm, before being taken to hospital, a spokeswoman for the London Ambulance Service said.

A police spokesman confirmed the emergency services were called to Holcombe Street this afternoon where the victim was discovered with a leg wound and taken to hospital.

A police inspector at the scene told the Chronicle: "A teenager was stabbed and taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. There are no suspects at this time but we will continue to investigate."
