I am writing to express my disgust at the way in which people behaved at the sales in Uxbridge town centre last week.
I saw queues of people taking back items for refunds that they had paid for days before, only to buy the item again at a discounted price.
To see people willingly behaving so dishonestly made me feel quite uncomfortable. What has the world come to?
