On Tuesday, councillors agreed Sainsbury's plans to build a 24-hour store on the site of the Total petrol garage known as Hayes Service Station in Coldharbour Lane.
Conditions limiting building work and then deliveries to the store to 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday and 8am-1pm on Saturday, and banning them on Sundays and bank holidays, have been imposed, and work must start within six months.
