AN APPEAL has been launched by police who are trying to trace the family of a man killed in a road traffic collision in Kingsbury.
A male pedestrian, thought to be Barry Roger Spencer Southgate aka O'Reilly, aged 64, from Harrow, was in collision with a car last month.
The incident happened at 11.50pm on Wednesday April 11, when the man, who was walking with crutches, was crossing Kingsbury Road near the junction with Edgware Road.
He was in collision with a blue Nissan Almera.
The pedestrian was taken by ambulance to St Mary's Hospital in Paddington.
He died on Friday April 20 at the hospital.
Officers believe that Barry was born in the County Wicklow area and spent some time living in Kent.
They also think he has a sister.
