Police investigate sex offence near Civic Centre

POLICE are investigating an allegation of a sexual offence- and cordoned off an area close to the Civic Centre.

POLICE are investigating an allegation of a sexual offence- and cordoned off an area close to the Civic Centre.

They confirmed an allegation of a sexual offence had been made at a bus stop close to St Andrews Church, and the Civic Centre, in Uxbridge, shortly after midnight on Friday.

The area was cordoned off throughout Friday. The ambulance service said they attended the scene but found no patient.

Hillingdon Council confirmed their staff car park had been closed off to assist police with their investigation.

No arrests have yet been made at this time. (Friday 4pm)
