Police are appealing for witnesses after a car hit a pedestrian in South Ruislip last month.

A 39-year-old man was taken to hospital after the collision in Long Drive, at the junction with Victoria Road, South Ruislip on March 29.

Police were called to the scene at around 10.15am following reports of a car in collision with a pedestrian.

London Ambulance Service attended and the man was taken to hospital. He has since been discharged.

The driver stopped at the scene.

Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to contact officers at the Road Death Investigation Unit on 020 8842 1817.

Enquiries continue. No arrests have been made.
