A dog babysitting service is calling out for animal lovers to take fluffy friends under their wing this summer.

Pals 4 Pets offers services for people who need their little animals looking after if they are on business or on holiday.

The team offers a range of options from people living in the owner’s home to taking pets into carers’ homes, and pets are matched with suitable guardians all over west London, north west London and south London.

Pals 4 Pets west London managers Desna Bruce Walker and Anthony Goodrick, both in their 50s, are asking candidates from their area- including Ealing , Acton, Hammersmith, Fulham and Shepherd’s Bush- to come forward.

Mr Goodrick, whose office is based in Maida Vale, said: “It’s a personal service where you have animals living with people who love them.

“Our carers do not do it for the money, although they do get paid.

“August is a busy time because a lot of people are on holiday and we want to get through to the right people.

“We want people with a lot of time on their hands who see it as a paid hobby.

“We have quite a few elderly carers and it gets them out of the house. Some people have said it keeps them fit.”
