A Southall nurse has been handed a three-year supervision order after failing to disclose a previous conviction while applying for a job.

John Alexander Kenneth Warwick, a 43-year-old registered nurse, is charged with failing to disclose endangering the welfare of a child in the USA in 1993, for which he was sentenced to a probation order of one year.

A judgement issued by a National Medical Council committee said that the NMC's register will show Warwick is the subject of a caution. Anyone who inquires about the registration will be told the details of the order.
