I read your article in the Pinner Observer entitled 'Eyesore in place of clinic?' [November 20].

I was particularly disappointed that you chose not to talk to a representative of Evans Easyspace. I wondered if you had had a look at the plans and if there were any other complaints to the newspaper other than this resident?

We opened our business centre less than two years ago and it has brought employment and wealth to the town. An important commodities in this financial climate.

We are also not an absentee land-lord and have made great effort to support community organisations, local charities and the local business community. Indeed the other front page article was about the local pantomime, which we contributed towards the funding of.

The reason we do so is that we want to ensure that we help make Pinner a strong community both in social and business terms.

We believe the development will benefit the local community
