A 'NOISY neighbour' has been slapped with a £130 fine after ignoring warnings from Hillingdon Council about his loud music.

Kamal Goni, of Park Road, Uxbridge, admitted breaching a noise abatement notice when he appeared at Uxbridge Magistrates Court last Tuesday (March 22).

Goni was given a warning in July, which was breached in November and again in December, when the council decided to take the matter to court.

Officers from Hillingdon Council also seized his stereo, television, and other equipment.
