WHICH one is lily-livered?
The three main party leaders are somewhat reluctant to explain, with rectitude, why it is UK folk cannot have their support for an immediate in-or-out referendum on EEC membership.
Given that this is the single most substantive issue of public concern at this general election, can they each give the case under sovereign English law why they will not recognise the majority view?
