Up to 150 neighbours got together for a street party in Millwood Road, Whitton, on Saturday (July 12).
Revellers enjoyed an inflatable assault course, delicious food and live music, before getting down to the serious business of a tug-of-war competition.
Youngsters were treated to pony rides, came face-to-face with exotic animals like tarantulas and got to try on a firefighter's helmet.
The annual event, now in its third year, was organised by husband-and-wife duo Stuart and Wendy Beeby, and special guests included Hounslow mayor Corinna Smart.
David Bond, who was among those attending, said they had been blessed by the weather, which contributed to probably the best turnout in the street party's short history.
