A MOTHER of a disabled boy is urging others to vote for her charity project to gain vital funding.

Karen Adams of Boston Manor Road, Brentford, was inspired to set up an adventure playground in Redlees Park, Isleworth by her 17-year-old son, Zach, when she found there was not enough to do for disabled young people in the area.

Now she hopes to develop a youth club with the £6,000 of funding she could scoop from a NatWest Community Force project.

The mother-of-four wants to create an area where young people with disabilities can get together and socialise with people their own age.

Voting closes on Monday October 24. Visit http://communityforce.natwest.com/project/199.
