Eric Baker of Isleworth claims that Ann Keen has had, 'precious little or no exposure in the local press for almost three months' (Chronicle, September 18).

Allow me to refresh his memory. During that time, the MP for Brentford and Isleworth has been featured in the Chronicle in connection with the following issues... [

* Her success in lobbying for extra investment in the borough's secondary education from the Government's Building Schools for the Future scheme.

* Her availability to those of her constituents who wish to raise matters connected with policing.

* Her extensive involvement in the NHS 60th birthday celebrations, including reference to her own background in the nursing profession

* Her support for the billion pound government package to provide loft and cavity wall insulation and cold weather payments.

She has also been featured in the Letters' page giving her full contact details and reaffirming her commitment to the electorate.

On top of the coverage given to her campaign to safeguard the future of Gunnersbury Park, the above examples illustrate the active part that Ann Keen continues to play in the Hounslow community.

Oh, and by the way Mr Baker, her work will continue on behalf of her constituents - whether the Isleworth Community Group likes it or not.
