A motorcyclist was taken to hospital after a collision with a car in Feltham last night (3).

A 55-year-old male was injured in a road traffic collision on Harlington Road West at the junction of The Dell and Hounslow Road.

He was treated by paramedics for cuts and grazes to his leg before being taken to West Middlesex Hospital.

A London Ambulance Service spokeswomen said: "We were called at 7.22pm to Harlington Road West at the junction with Hounslow Road to reports of a road traffic collision between a car and a motorbike.

"We sent an ambulance crew and a single responder car to treat a man reported to be in his 50s for leg and chest pain.

"He was taken to West Middlesex Hospital."

Harlington Road West was closed due to the accident and road reopened about 9pm.

As a result, motorists experienced major delays in the area and buses were on diversion.

A police spokesperson said: "There was a collision between a Honda motorcycle and Ford C Max at 7.20pm.

"A 55-year-old male received grazes and cuts to left knee."
