A HOLIDAY firm is under attack from all sides as yet more complaints come to light about how it was run.

Atlantis Coach Travel, which has its office in The Arcade, High Street, Uxbridge, is being blamed for letting down dozens of customers who booked trips.

Several paid money for coaches which never showed up while others had trips cancelled at the last minute without an offer of refund or reschedule.

While many more angry would-be travellers have contacted us in the last week, the Gazette has also heard from an ex-employee, and the organisation which regulates all businesses in Britain.

The owner of the firm, Nigel Glenholmes, has also been back in touch to again offer his apologies and urge all disatisfied customers to contact Trading Standards.
