A 72-year-old woman missing from Acton was found safe and well.

Police were appealing for help to find Yvonne George on November 28. She was due to attend her church in Neasden later that night but nobody had heard from her. She had spoken to a friend at about 3pm but nobody had heard from her since.

She was found the following day (November 29) in Acton.

Ms George suffers from dementia and sporadic memory loss and is known to travel by bus.
